High Performance Engineering & Production Capabilities
In our facility in Columbia, South Carolina, we have assembled a state-of-the-art coating line capable of applying liquid silicone to plain weave or complex multi-weave fabrics up to three meters (120”) wide and ranging from 2 to 220 ounces per sq. yard, using natural and synthetic fabrics.
These mechanical capabilities coupled with our technical expertise allows us to bond silicone to a wide variety of fabrics and substrates including cotton, spun polyester, nylon, aramids, Kevlar®, fiberglass and monofilaments.
